I serve clients using an attachment based, trauma informed approach. I utilize EMDR, mindfulness, and yoga-based body work in sessions. Â
I work with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, complex trauma, mood disorders, struggles with identity and life stressors. Sessions available in person or via telehealth.

A BIT ABOUT THERAPY
Self help is amazing, but sometimes we need an outside perspective. When life feels dark and confusing, I can walk beside you. Therapy is a lot of things. Sometimes it is a bright sparkling moment of insight. Sometimes it is seeing an old pattern through a new lens. Sometimes it is tears, sometimes it is laughter, sometimes it is both of those things all at once. Sometimes it is simply feeling human and imperfect and not alone. Sessions conducted in person or via telehealth.
