Hi, nice to meet you!

I'm Lindsay. I'm a mom, a wife, a therapist, a yogi, a sober woman, a bulldog lover and a really terrible amateur skateboarder. I have my BA in psychology from the University of Colorado (go Buffs!) and my MA and MFT from Pepperdine (Go Waves!).
